Q1. I cannot easily put my signature in the electric file.

A1. We don't need a signature for proposal selection, but we need it for the conduction of the experiment. You may submit the proposal without signature, but please send without much delay the signed 4th page by either fax, air-mail or e-mail to

Q&A about MSWord Template

Q1. I cannot edit at all, or I cannot edit as I want.

A1. The file is partly protected, so you don't unintentionally change the frames etc. If this makes problem, you may remove protection (no password set) or you can download the non-protected version.

Q2. I inserted a figure, but I can only see its frame.

A2. You may need to set the wrapping properties of the text around the figure.

Q3. I need more lines for the members list.

A3. You may tune the font size, line spacing etc.
